Our History

Lighthouse Seafood Specialties was created with one simple recipe in mind; my father's traditional New England Stuffed Quahogs recipe with a portugeuse influence.

In the late 1960's cooking together in our kitchen to produce this New England Delicacy was a labor of love that I proudly continue today.
